Balmain’s Emblème leather Tote Bag has a structured and elegant design. Equipped with two flat top handles, it features a trompe-l’œil magnetic button closure, enriched with three decorative gold metal "Coin" buttons on both front and back. The sides are embellished with a chain closure and pin detail. Inside, a single compartment houses a removable zippered leather pouch, ideal for keeping essentials close at hand. The golden Balmain logo and the iconic monogram press-stamped on the front complete the design with a distinctive and sophisticated touch.

1. Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items, such as beauty products, perfumes and undergarments, are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please log in and request return directly. Should you not have any log in details, please contact our customer service team at info@sololuxury.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us at info@sololuxury.ae.
4. Exchanges
- You may exchange your item for another of the same price or higher, with any difference in cost to be paid at the time of exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sololuxury.ae. We will offer either a full a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
6. Cancellations
- Order cancellations are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
